This Privacy Policy describes how Chuva ai ("Chuva ai", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, processes, protects, and shares information when you use the Chuva ai mobile application and chuva-ai.app (together, the "Service"). Chuva ai is an AI tool that animates photos and generates video from images, text, and existing clips. Please read this Policy together with our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here.
Our core privacy promises
- We do not peek at your content. No employee browses, watches, or reads your private photos, prompts, or generated videos for curiosity or any purpose beyond running the Service.
- Moderation is automated and asynchronous. Safety checks are performed by machines after processing, kept strictly confidential, with no routine human review.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not train AI models on your private uploads without your explicit consent.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Content you provide
Photos, images, faces appearing in them, audio, video, text prompts, and other media you upload or create ("User Content"). This is processed to deliver the AI features you request.
1.2 Account & contact data
- Account identifiers where applicable (e.g., email, or a sign-in provider ID).
- Support communications you send to us.
1.3 Device & technical data
- Device model, operating system and app version, language, and approximate region.
- Diagnostic data such as crash logs and performance metrics.
- Identifiers used for fraud prevention, abuse limiting, and analytics.
1.4 Usage data
Which features you use and basic interaction events, to improve reliability and quality.
1.5 Payment data
Purchases are processed by Google Play billing. We do not receive or store your full payment card details; we may receive a confirmation of purchase and subscription status.
2. Biometric & Facial Information
Because Chuva ai can animate people in photos, your uploads may contain facial geometry or other features that could be considered biometric or sensitive data in some jurisdictions. We want to be clear about how we treat it:
- We process facial and image features only to generate the output you request.
- We do not use facial data to identify or recognize who you are, and we do not build identity profiles.
- We do not sell or share biometric/facial data with advertisers.
- Such data is retained only as long as needed to produce and deliver your result, then deleted in line with Section 6.
By uploading photos of people, you confirm you have the necessary rights and consents to do so (see our Terms).
3. How We Use Information
- To generate, animate, enhance, extend, and deliver the videos and effects you create.
- To operate, secure, maintain, debug, and improve the Service.
- To run automated safety and abuse-prevention checks (Section 5).
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions via Google Play.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms.
We rely on the legal bases of performing our contract with you, your consent (where required, e.g., for sensitive data), our legitimate interests in operating a safe Service, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. AI Processing of Your Content
Your photos, prompts, and media are processed by automated AI systems — operated by us and by trusted infrastructure and model providers acting on our instructions — solely to produce your requested output.
- No human snooping. Our staff do not access or view your private User Content as part of normal operation.
- No model training on your private content without your explicit, separate consent. Content you choose to make public (e.g., submit to a community gallery, if offered) may be handled under the terms shown at that time.
- Processing providers are bound by confidentiality and may only use your content to perform the service for us.
5. Automated Content Moderation
To keep the Service safe and lawful, we apply automated moderation to detect content that violates our Terms (for example, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other illegal material).
- These checks are performed by machines and run asynchronously — they are not a live human watching you create.
- We do not conduct routine human review of your private content, and moderation signals are kept strictly confidential.
- Limited human review or access may occur only in narrow circumstances: where required by law or valid legal process; to investigate a credible report of abuse or a security incident; where strictly necessary to verify an automated detection of serious illegal content; or with your consent.
- We are legally required to report certain illegal content — in particular child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — to the appropriate authorities, and we will do so.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain User Content and personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Temporary processing artifacts (including biometric/facial features) are deleted after your output is produced and delivered, subject to short technical caches.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing rishtedari.console@gmail.com. We will action verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. How We Share Information
We share information only as follows, and we do not sell personal data:
- Service providers / processors — cloud hosting, AI model inference, analytics, crash reporting — bound by contract and confidentiality.
- Legal & safety — to comply with law, valid legal requests, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of users, the public, or Chuva ai.
- Business transfers — to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
8. International Data Transfers
The Service is available globally and may be operated from, or use providers in, countries other than yours, including India. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers of personal data.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and the minimization of human access described above — to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live (e.g., under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or India's DPDP Act), you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data;
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent;
- Request portability of your data;
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it. Creating or attempting to create sexualized content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported.
12. Third-Party Services
The app relies on third parties such as Google Play (distribution and billing) and analytics or crash-reporting tools. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by in-app notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
